Emotional Infidelity – Why it Happens and What You Should Do If it Happens to You

Are you worrying that there might be emotional infidelity going on in your marriage, and you’re really not sure what to do. Furthermore, you’re not sure why your partner or spouse would go out and have an emotional affair on you. First of all, I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. I know that it hurts because it happened to me as well. I had to suffer through both a bad marriage in the first place, as well as emotional infidelity as my wife had been emotionally cheating on me with someone from her work. So it was a bit of a double whammy for me. So I know it hurts and it hurts bad. The idea of the person that you love sharing their thoughts and emotions with someone else is like a knife to the stomach, and I don’t wish it on anybody at all.
