Many people send me emails which indicate that they know in their hearts that their spouse is either lying or cheating, or both, but there is enough doubt in their heads that they will often ask me how to know if they are right or just being paranoid. In short, they begin to question themselves and wonder if they are just seeing problems where none exist and run the risk of alienating their spouse by not believing in them.
