Things You Should Do to Help Your Spouse Get Over Your Affair

I’m often asked for advice on how to help your spouse to get over the pain and shock of the betrayal that you have caused them by having an affair. Because my own husband had an affair, I can share what helped me. However, I sometimes hesitate to do so because I don’t want to give anyone information that is going to enable someone to get away with something that they aren’t truly remorseful for or are likely to repeat again.
